- 500 g carne tocata
- 5 oua
- 1/2 leg patrunjel
- 10 ciuperci
- o felie de paine inmuiata in lapte
- sare
- piper
- cimbru
Carnea se amesteca cu un ou, painea, sare, piper, cimbru.
Ouale ramase (patru) se fierb tare si se taie in patru.
Patrunjelul se spala.
Carnea se intinde in forma de dreptunghi. Se adauga feliile de ou, patrunjel si ciuperci feliate. Se pune in tava unsa cu margarina, in cuptor.
